Job Requirements

  • Must have prior food service or restaurant experience preferred
  • experience using a POS system preferred
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
  • ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
  • professional appearance and communication
  • must pass background check and health screening including TB clearance

Job Duties

  • Greet each guest warmly and ensure an inviting dining experience
  • take food and beverage orders and deliver them efficiently
  • maintain thorough knowledge of menu items and specials to guide guests' choices
  • support daily operations through opening/closing responsibilities and checklist completion
  • accurately input and close out orders in the POS system
  • assist with catering and deli operations as needed
  • maintain food safety and cleanliness standards at all times
  • work side-by-side with culinary and dining staff
  • help prep salads, sandwiches, and desserts as needed
  • keep service areas clean, stocked, and guest-ready
  • communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely, accurate orders
