Job Requirements
- Must have prior food service or restaurant experience preferred
- experience using a POS system preferred
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- professional appearance and communication
- must pass background check and health screening including TB clearance

Job Duties
- Greet each guest warmly and ensure an inviting dining experience
- take food and beverage orders and deliver them efficiently
- maintain thorough knowledge of menu items and specials to guide guests' choices
- support daily operations through opening/closing responsibilities and checklist completion
- accurately input and close out orders in the POS system
- assist with catering and deli operations as needed
- maintain food safety and cleanliness standards at all times
- work side-by-side with culinary and dining staff
- help prep salads, sandwiches, and desserts as needed
- keep service areas clean, stocked, and guest-ready
- communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely, accurate orders
