Job Duties
- Provide outstanding service to guests, maintaining a friendly and warm demeanor at all times
- Effectively convey information and ideas, and address guest inquiries and issues promptly
- Evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately to resolve guest concerns
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently, including handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
- Work with and understand financial information, performing basic arithmetic functions as needed
