Job Requirements
- At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license for the applicable state
- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Ability to work well in stressful, high pressure situations
- Initiative in job performance anticipating what needs to be done
- Ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
- Effective problem handling skills
- Ability to assimilate complex information from disparate sources
- Effective at listening, understanding, and clarifying concerns of co-workers and guests
- Ability to work with and understand financial information and arithmetic functions
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
- Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times
- Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality policies to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations
- Establish and maintain effective communication and teamwork across hotel departments as a team leader
- Monitor VIP and special guest requests and be familiar with all in-house groups
- Operate and execute all phases of the front desk computer system and P.M.S. system
- Manage servers/baristas/bartenders’ cash overages and shortages
- Assist in preparation of staff schedules and training of associates
- Follow up on accidents, guest complaints, and problems promptly
- Participate in monthly inventories and reconciliations
- Respond to guest inquiries professionally and timely
- Assist food and beverage, front desk, and housekeeping departments as needed
- Maintain access to sensitive hotel areas and handle cash securely
- Drive safely on behalf of the company for business needs
- Represent the company with sound judgment and reputation
