Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is a plus
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations
  • knowledge of POS systems
  • must obtain and maintain any required certifications such as Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler's Card as per state regulations

Job Duties

  • Provide a warm, friendly, and professional dining experience by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit
  • maintain a strong knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, dietary restrictions, specials, and alcohol service guidelines
  • take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • manage multiple tables while maintaining efficiency in serving, clearing, and resetting tables for the next guests
  • process payments, close checks, and ensure accurate handling of transactions while following company and security guidelines
  • follow food safety and hygiene regulations, maintain a tidy and organized service area, and comply with alcohol and food handling certifications
  • physical ability to stand for long hours, lift and carry objects (20–50 lbs), walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions
