Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in rooms or food and beverage department in a hotel
- 4-year college degree with 2 to 3 years of related experience or 2-year college degree with 3 to 4 years of related experience
- Previous supervisory experience required
- Effective in handling stressful, high-pressure situations maintaining composure and objectivity
- Compliance with certification requirements such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR and First Aid

Job Duties
- Supervise operating departments and assist General Manager in achieving hotel profitability
- Anticipate and address workplace issues proactively to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training Guest Services staff
- Support ongoing training of all departments in service standards
- Listen to and resolve concerns from co-workers and guests maintaining clear communication
- Work with and understand financial data performing basic arithmetic functions
- Utilize Windows Operating Systems for effective management and reporting
- Maintain high personal appearance and grooming standards compliance
- Approach interactions with guests and employees attentively and service-oriented
