Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Availability for AM weekend shifts from 7AM to 3PM
- Availability for 2 weekday PM shifts from 3PM to 11PM
- Days may vary weekly based on business needs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least one year of driving experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to make quick decisions
- Ability to stay composed under pressure

Job Duties
- Greet guests and team members with warmth and professionalism
- Maintain a sharp appearance by following uniform and grooming standards
- Load and unload luggage
- Assist with check-ins and check-outs
- Escort guests to rooms
- Open and close cab doors
- Deliver messages, packages, or flowers as needed
- Stay updated on area attractions, events, and transportation options
- Provide maps and directions
- Keep the lobby reader board and entrance area clean and welcoming
- Keep the van clean inside and out
- Transport guests on scheduled runs
- Showcase hotel rooms and amenities when requested
- Support guest services by answering the console
- Help with room changes
- Jump in for other duties as needed
- Follow company policies and safety standards
