Job Duties
- Welcome and help guests warmly and efficiently, offering menu recommendations for a memorable dining experience
- Take orders and clarify guest questions
- Maintain a well-stocked buffet and process guest orders accurately using the POS system
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Work closely with kitchen and hotel teams for smooth service
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Attend meetings and follow hotel policies and safety standards
