Job Duties
- Supervise operating departments in the absence of General Manager and/or Manager on Duty
- Assist General Manager in achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation and cost control
- Focus on guest satisfaction and service quality
- Develop and mentor hotel associates
- Work as needed to complete all job responsibilities
- Directly manage at least three full-time associates or equivalents
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in decision-making
