Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel supervisory or managerial roles
- Proven track record of guest satisfaction and operational excellence
- Ability to work a minimum of 47.5 hours per week for exempt associates
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to use discretion and independent judgment in job duties
- Must be able to manage and direct at least 3 full-time associates or their equivalents

Job Duties
- Ensure guest satisfaction and efficient operation of the hotel in the absence of General Manager or Manager on Duty
- Assist the General Manager with revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction, and staff development
- Direct the work of at least 3 full-time associates or equivalents
- Manage departments by performing administrative, executive, or professional tasks that require discretion and independent judgment
- Work necessary hours to complete job responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations to align with company standards
- Collaborate with teams to maintain high service quality
