Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel supervisory or managerial roles
  • Proven track record of guest satisfaction and operational excellence
  • Ability to work a minimum of 47.5 hours per week for exempt associates
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to use discretion and independent judgment in job duties
  • Must be able to manage and direct at least 3 full-time associates or their equivalents

  • Ability to manage multiple departments and teams effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in administrative and operational tasks
  • Knowledge of revenue management and cost control
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Ensure guest satisfaction and efficient operation of the hotel in the absence of General Manager or Manager on Duty
  • Assist the General Manager with revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction, and staff development
  • Direct the work of at least 3 full-time associates or equivalents
  • Manage departments by performing administrative, executive, or professional tasks that require discretion and independent judgment
  • Work necessary hours to complete job responsibilities
  • Oversee daily hotel operations to align with company standards
  • Collaborate with teams to maintain high service quality
