Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hospitality or relevant college degree with related experience
- Proficiency in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
- Strong financial and arithmetic skills
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties
- Lead and inspire the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional guest service
- Ensure compliance with grooming, safety, and certification standards including Food Handlers and Alcohol Awareness
- Manage payroll, staff scheduling, and productivity reporting
- Oversee food quality, promotions, inventory control, and beverage purchasing
- Communicate effectively with guests and staff to resolve issues promptly
- Analyze operational reports and participate in management meetings
- Maintain a positive, proactive approach by assisting in various operational tasks as needed
