Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two to three years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Compliance with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • Ability to lead a team and manage guest interactions effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Two to three years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to handle guest concerns effectively
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
  • Manage reservations, VIP requests, and guest services to ensure exceptional experience
  • Track logs, handle messages and packages, and oversee day-to-day front desk operations
  • Monitor room rates, packages, and promotions to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
  • Build and lead a motivated, communicative front desk team
  • Train new associates and develop staff skills
  • Resolve guest concerns and workplace issues promptly while maintaining safety and standards
