Job Duties

  • Provide outstanding service to guests maintaining a friendly and warm demeanor
  • Effectively convey information and address guest inquiries and issues promptly
  • Evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately to resolve guest concerns
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently including handling reservations check-ins and check-outs
  • Work with and understand financial information performing basic arithmetic functions as needed
