Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale and inventory management systems
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Assure attentive, friendly, courteous and efficient service in all food and beverage outlets
  • Maintain adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead costs
  • Continually work towards improving restaurant, room service, lounge, and banquet sales revenues
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of food and beverage outlets including banquets
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experience
  • Train and develop food and beverage staff to maintain high service standards
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements as needed
