Job Duties
- Clean dishes and utensils meticulously
- scrub pots and pans and clean kitchen equipment
- sweep and mop kitchen floors
- take out trash and maintain cleanliness of waste disposal areas
- organize and store clean china, glass, and silverware properly
- assist with food storage and ensure correct rotation practices
- collaborate with kitchen staff to support daily operations
