Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of progressive hotel sales experience preferred
  • Relevant college degree plus related experience
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to negotiate, persuade, and influence clients and colleagues
  • Demonstrated mastery of professional selling techniques and strategic vision for sales deployment
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Skilled in presentations
  • Expertise in managing diverse teams
  • Ability to solve complex problems and work in high-pressure situations
  • Experience handling financial data and basic arithmetic
