Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of progressive hotel sales experience preferred
- Relevant college degree plus related experience
- Valid driver’s license required
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to negotiate, persuade, and influence clients and colleagues
- Demonstrated mastery of professional selling techniques and strategic vision for sales deployment
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Skilled in presentations
- Expertise in managing diverse teams
- Ability to solve complex problems and work in high-pressure situations
- Experience handling financial data and basic arithmetic
