Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel supervisory or management roles
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective decision-making abilities
- Must be willing to work the minimum required hours per workweek
- Ability to supervise and lead a team of associates

- Experience in hotel management or a related hospitality field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work extended hours to meet job demands
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in revenue generation and cost control
- Ability to use discretion and independent judgment effectively
- Familiarity with hotel operations and guest services
Job Duties
- Ensure guest satisfaction and the efficient operation of the hotel by supervising operating departments in the absence of the General Manager and/or the Manager on Duty
- Assist the General Manager by focusing on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction, and associate development
- Work as much as necessary to complete job responsibilities, meeting or exceeding a minimum of 47.5 hours per workweek
- Customarily direct the work of at least 3 full-time associates or their equivalents
- Perform administrative, executive, or professional tasks more than 50 percent of the time
- Use discretion and independent judgment more than 50 percent of the time
- Maintain high service standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment
