Job Duties
- provide warm welcomes and efficient check-ins and check-outs
- manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- coordinate reservations and maintain accurate guest records

- multitask to handle financial transactions and operational tasks
- assist with coordinating catering and meeting room reservations
- maintain a clean and organized front desk area
