Job Duties
- Monitoring the property and inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points
- greeting residents and becoming familiar with incoming and outgoing traffic
- know the residents, visitors, and guests and monitor for the presence of unauthorized persons
- observing any conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards and reporting to management
- responding to emergency situations and/or alarms and notifying appropriate emergency services as needed
- performing required tours of the properties designated areas on foot or in vehicle
- issuing warning notices to vehicles violating parking rules
- knowing the facility/building policies and procedure and enforcing them within the limits of the position
