Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Job Duties
- Conduct routine patrols of buildings, grounds, and parking areas
- Monitor entrances/exits and manage after-hours access
- Respond to emergencies including fire alarms, medical situations, and security concerns
- Monitor surveillance systems and report any irregularities
- Maintain daily logs, incident reports, and documentation
- Provide resident support and concierge-style service during evening hours
- Report maintenance issues and assist with minor repairs
- Support emergency preparedness efforts and evacuation procedures
- Work with local law enforcement or emergency personnel when needed
- Promote a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment at all times
