Job Duties
- Bag groceries at checkout for customers
- strive to bag at least five items per bag while ensuring no damage
- follow best practices for bagging in various bag types
- assist customers by removing merchandise from shopping carts
- help load bags into customer vehicles
- perform basic shelf conditioning
- inform customers of grocery specials
- return merchandise to shelves
- gather and return shopping carts
- clean store and parking lot areas
- assemble seasonal merchandise
- locate products and perform price checks
- adhere to safety programs and report unsafe conditions
- comply with food safety regulations
- inspect equipment and report needed repairs
- create a welcoming environment for customers
- follow all company and legal guidelines
- work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
- manage conflicts reasonably
