Job Duties
- Bag groceries carefully ensuring no damage
- Strive to place at least five items per bag
- Follow best practices for reusable, plastic, and paper bags
- Assist customers by removing merchandise from baskets
- Offer help loading bags into cars
- Perform basic shelf conditioning
- Inform customers about grocery specials
- Return merchandise to shelves
- Collect and return bascarts
- Clean spills and pick up trash inside and outside
- Clean all store areas
- Handle and assemble seasonal merchandise
- Locate products and conduct price checks
- Comply with safety programs and regulations
- Adhere to food safety guidelines
- Inspect equipment and report repairs needed
- Provide customer service answering product questions
- Follow local, state, and federal laws
- Work cooperatively in fast-paced environment
- Manage conflict reasonably
- Act with honesty and integrity
- Follow directions and seek assistance
- Provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
- Perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
