Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry grocery bags
- Able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety standards
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Bag groceries at checkout following best practices to prevent damage
- Strive for at least five items per bag while bagging
- Assist customers with loading bags into their vehicles
- Perform basic shelf stocking and merchandising tasks
- Inform customers of grocery specials and product locations
- Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store including spill cleanup and trash removal
- Adhere to safety programs and food safety regulations and report unsafe conditions
- Handle and assemble seasonal merchandise
- Gather and return shopping carts to designated areas
- Support customers with questions and provide excellent customer service
