Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to schedule and coordinate appointments
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Willingness to support team and perform vehicle cleaning tasks

Job Duties
- Schedule appointments for service via telephone, e-mail and in person
- Welcome the client, determine the nature of their visit and escort them to the appropriate area/person
- Provide information to appropriate store personnel regarding client needs and expectations
- Back up the Service Porters
- Clean and wash cars as instructed
- Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary
- Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas
