Job Duties
- Greet service customers and assist with loaner vehicle requests
- verify customer eligibility, driver's license, insurance, and required documentation
- prepare and process loaner agreements accurately and efficiently
- check loaner vehicles in and out using dealership systems
- perform vehicle walk-around inspections before and after each loan
- ensure loaner vehicles are clean, fueled/charged, and ready for use
- coordinate with service advisors regarding vehicle availability and return times
