Job Requirements
- valid U.S. driver’s license
- previous professional driving experience preferred
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to interact positively with diverse customers
- ability to obtain DOT medical clearance
- flexibility to work all shifts
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds and sit, stand, enter, exit, and drive for prolonged periods
- at least 21 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- regular on-site presence required
- 6 months customer service experience is a bonus
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- transport customers safely and efficiently between airport terminal and rental car facility
- greet customers and assist with loading and unloading luggage
- communicate route information and rental process steps clearly
- ensure each ride is comfortable and welcoming
- follow all safety procedures and driving standards
- provide friendly and attentive customer service throughout the journey
- maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness
