Job Requirements
- Valid U.S. driver’s license (chauffeur license may be required depending on location)
- Previous professional driving experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse group of customers
- Ability to obtain DOT medical clearance
- Flexibility to work all shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and sit, stand, enter, exit, and drive a bus for prolonged periods
- Must be at least 21 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
- This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
- 6 months customer service experience is a bonus
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Transport customers safely and efficiently between airport terminal and rental car facility
- Greet customers and assist with loading and unloading luggage
- Communicate route information and rental process steps clearly
- Ensure each ride is comfortable and welcoming
- Follow all safety procedures and driving standards
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service throughout the journey
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness
