Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years in specialty area
- 3+ years as an instructor, preferred
- Experience as a pilot in business aviation or air carrier preferred
- Knowledgeable about business and commercial aviation safety
- Maintain FlightSafety International's commitment to customer satisfaction while performing job duties

- Manage project scope and tasks within the assigned timeframe
- Adhere to a required work schedule, including prompt and regular attendance
- Report, on a timely basis, any safety hazards observed in the work area, equipment, and/or building to appropriate person(s) for correction
- Work with the courseware development teams, to provide input and technical expertise as required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite

- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
Job Duties
- Develops and implements new courseware and maintains existing courseware ensuring end user ability to meet learning objectives
- Authors scripts for short videos and elearning courses on various aviation safety topics
- Interprets aviation data and applies to content development
- Constructs courseware in compliance with FAA/EASA and other national aviation authority regulatory guidelines including FSB/OSD training levels and special emphasis requirements
- Supports regulatory and operational evaluations including OEM reviews and/or dry runs
- Provides support for new program standup, training needs analysis, and documentation
- Supports resolution of courseware errata within designated timelines
- Evaluates products/devices and obtains feedback after end user testing
- Proficiency with reading OEM engineering documents and recommends updates based on technical accuracy
- Drives courseware best practices using FlightSafety standards for development cycles
- Independently seeks accurate, complete, and up to date information
- Works with OEMs as needed
- Occasional travel may be required
