Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- minimum of 5 plus years in specialty area
- 3 plus years as an instructor preferred
- experience as a pilot in business aviation or air carrier preferred
- maintain FlightSafety International’s commitment to customer satisfaction
- accountable for the security of company materials and information
- accountable for accuracy and completeness of tasks
- manage project scope within assigned timeframe
- adhere to required work schedule including prompt regular attendance
- report safety hazards timely
- work with courseware development teams
- proficiency with Microsoft Suite
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

- experience as a pilot in business aviation or air carrier preferred
- knowledgeable about business and commercial aviation safety
- proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- strong communication and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Develops and implements new courseware and maintains existing courseware ensuring end user ability to meet learning objectives
- authors scripts for short videos and elearning courses on various aviation safety topics
- interprets aviation data and applies to content development
- constructs courseware in compliance with FAA/EASA and other National Aviation Authority regulatory guidelines including FSB/OSD training levels and special emphasis requirements
- supports regulatory/operational evaluations including OEM reviews and dry runs
- provides support for new program standup, training needs analysis and documentation
- accomplishes course observations to stay familiar with delivery impact and methodology
- supports resolution of courseware errata within designated timelines
- evaluates products/devices and obtains feedback after end user testing
- reads OEM engineering documents and publications and recommends updates based on technical accuracy
- drives courseware best practices using FlightSafety standards
- independently seeks accurate, complete, and up to date information
- works with OEMs as needed
- occasional travel may be required
