Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 5+ years in specialty area
3+ years as an instructor preferred
Experience as a pilot in business aviation or air carrier preferred
Knowledgeable about business and commercial aviation safety
Ability to maintain customer satisfaction
Ability to interact cooperatively within a team environment
Accountable for security of materials and information
Responsible for accuracy and completeness of tasks
Manage project scope and deadline adherence
Adhere to required work schedule with prompt attendance
Timely reporting of safety hazards
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
Occasional travel availability

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Develop courseware and maintain existing materials to meet learning objectives
Author scripts for video and e-learning courses
Interpret aviation data for content development
Ensure compliance with FAA, EASA, and other regulatory guidelines
Support resolution of courseware errata within timelines
Evaluate training products and obtain end user feedback
Collaborate with OEMs and support new program standup
