Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- six months courier experience preferred
- ability to lift 50 lbs
- ability to maneuver packages above 50 lbs with appropriate equipment or assistance
- good verbal communication skills
- knowledge of the station’s service area preferred
- at least 21 years of age
- ability to read and speak English to understand traffic signs and respond to officials
- neat appearance
- must meet federal motor carrier safety regulations
- must pass medical exam
- maintain valid driver’s license and good driving record
- ability to work safely and remain alert
- non-covered safety-sensitive position
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Operates company vehicles and provide courteous and efficient delivery and pick up of packages
- to check shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service
- provides coverage for all assigned routes within the station's service area
- provides related customer service functions
- performs other duties as assigned
- maintains a neat appearance since customer contact is required
- complies with federal motor carrier safety regulations including medical exams and valid driver’s license requirements
