Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum six months courier experience preferred
- ability to lift 50 lbs
- ability to maneuver packages above 50 lbs with assistance or equipment
- good human relations and communication skills
- thorough knowledge of the service area preferred
- demonstrated adaptability and dependability
- minimum age of 21
- ability to read and speak English to comply with traffic and official directions
- valid driver's license with good driving record
- pass medical exam per FMCSA or FAA regulations
- neat appearance and customer service orientation
- meet federal motor carrier safety regulations
- maintain constant alertness and safety while operating vehicle
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Operate company vehicles and provide courteous and efficient delivery and pick up of packages
- check shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service
- provide coverage for all assigned routes within the station's service area
- provide related customer service functions
- perform other duties as assigned
- comply with federal motor carrier safety regulations
- maintain valid driver's license and good driving record
