Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of related work experience preferred
  • Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work assigned hours including flexible schedule between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Comfortable using MS Office, computer-based systems, and MFD/office equipment
  • Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge including tire changes, fuel, battery, lights, and general upkeep

Job Duties

  • Deliver mail and parcels across campus while ensuring timely and accurate service
  • Provide 5-star customer service and build strong professional relationships with employees and teams
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs, follow chain-of-custody procedures, and complete paperwork with precision
  • Operate and maintain company vehicles safely, following all state laws and company safety standards
  • Support daily operations by responding to client requests, assisting teams, and stepping in where coverage is needed
