Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of related work experience preferred
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work assigned hours including flexible schedule between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Comfortable using MS Office, computer-based systems, and MFD/office equipment
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge including tire changes, fuel, battery, lights, and general upkeep

Job Duties
- Deliver mail and parcels across campus while ensuring timely and accurate service
- Provide 5-star customer service and build strong professional relationships with employees and teams
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, follow chain-of-custody procedures, and complete paperwork with precision
- Operate and maintain company vehicles safely, following all state laws and company safety standards
- Support daily operations by responding to client requests, assisting teams, and stepping in where coverage is needed
