Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license for assigned vehicle
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Meet Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations including medical exam
- Ability to work Monday through Friday 1 PM to 8 PM
- Neat appearance and professional demeanor
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Licensed to operate the type of vehicle assigned
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and maneuver heavier packages with assistance
- Good human relations and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs and communicate with safety officials
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Meet qualifications per Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations section 391
- Ability to work safely and remain alert
Job Duties
- Drive and operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up packages
- Provide courteous and efficient customer service during deliveries
- Check shipments for conformance with FedEx service features
- Perform package handling including lifting up to 50 lbs or maneuvering heavier items with assistance
- Maintain neat appearance and professional behavior
- Adhere to safety regulations including FMCSA compliance
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
