Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Licensed for the type of vehicle assigned
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to maneuver heavier packages with appropriate equipment or assistance
- Meet qualifications under section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier safety regulations
- Pass medical exam according to FMCSA or FAA
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to read and speak English proficiently
- Maintain neat appearance
- Ability to work safely and remain alert
- Non-covered safety-sensitive position
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license for the assigned vehicle type
- Ability to lift and maneuver packages weighing over 50 lbs with equipment or assistance
- Knowledge of federal motor carrier safety regulations (section 391)
- Excellent verbal communication and human relations skills
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently for traffic safety and official communication
- Must be at least 21 years old
Job Duties
- Operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up packages
- Check shipments for conformance to FedEx service features
- Provide courteous customer service during interactions
- Ensure compliance with federal motor carrier safety regulations
- Perform medical examinations as required by FMCSA or FAA
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance
- Perform other duties as assigned
