Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license for the assigned vehicle type
- Ability to lift and maneuver packages up to and above 50 pounds with appropriate assistance
- Must meet Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations section 391
- Pass medical examination according to FMCSA or FAA guidelines
- Be at least 21 years old
- Ability to communicate sufficiently in English
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license for the assigned vehicle type
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and maneuver heavier packages with assistance
- Good communication and human relations skills
- Ability to maintain neat appearance for customer contact
- Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English adequately
- Must meet FMCSA section 391 qualifications
- Ability to pass medical exam as per FMCSA or FAA standards
- At least 21 years of age
Job Duties
- Drive company vehicles to deliver and pick up packages
- Check shipments for conformity with FedEx features of service
- Provide courteous and efficient customer service
- Lift and maneuver packages of varying weights using proper equipment or assistance
- Maintain safe driving practices in accordance with FMCSA regulations
- Complete required documentation and reports related to deliveries
- Perform other duties as assigned
