Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Medical exam as per FMCSA or FAA regulations
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and maneuver heavier packages with assistance
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently
- Meet qualifications of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations section 391
- Maintain alertness and safe working practices
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license for the assigned vehicle type
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English
- Good verbal communication and human relations skills
- Ability to lift and maneuver packages up to and above 50 pounds with equipment or assistance
- Neat and professional appearance
- Meet Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations qualification including medical exam compliance
- At least 21 years of age
Job Duties
- Operate company vehicles to deliver and pick-up packages efficiently and courteously
- Check shipments for conformance to FedEx service features
- Provide related customer service functions
- Perform package handling including lifting and maneuvering with appropriate equipment
- Maintain compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and company policies
- Communicate effectively with customers and traffic safety officials
- Perform other duties as assigned
