Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license for the assigned vehicle
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to maneuver packages heavier than 50 lbs with assistance or equipment
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Pass medical exam according to FMCSA or FAA regulations
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English
- Meet Section 391 Federal Motor Carrier safety qualifications
- Maintain alertness and safe driving practices
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid license for assigned vehicle type
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to maneuver heavy packages with equipment or assistance
- Good human relations and verbal communication skills
- Meet qualifications in Section 391 of Federal Motor Carrier safety regulations
- Ability to read and speak English adequately
- Neat and professional appearance
Job Duties
- Operate company vehicles safely for delivery and pick-up of packages
- Check shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service
- Provide courteous and efficient customer service
- Maintain neat appearance during customer contact
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies
- Perform medical examinations as required
- Assist with other duties as assigned
