Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license for assigned vehicle
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to use equipment to move packages above 50 lbs with assistance
- Ability to work 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM Monday to Friday
- Must pass medical exam as per FMCSA or FAA guidelines
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to communicate in English to understand traffic signs and follow enforcement guidance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be licensed for the type of vehicle assigned
- Ability to lift and maneuver packages up to 50 pounds or more with assistance
- Good human relations and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs and communicate with officials
- Meet Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations section 391 requirements
- Ability to work safely and remain alert during shifts
- Minimum age of 21 years
Job Duties
- Operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up packages
- Check shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service
- Provide customer service functions related to deliveries
- Maintain neat appearance and professionalism
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies
- Assist with maneuvering heavy packages using appropriate equipment
- Comply with medical and licensing requirements
