Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- must be licensed for the type of vehicle assigned
- ability to lift 50 lbs
- ability to maneuver packages above 50 lbs with assistance or equipment
- good human relations skills
- neat appearance
- meet qualifications outlined in section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier safety regulations
- pass medical exam according to FMCSA or FAA regulations
- ability to work alertly and safely
- must be at least 21 years of age
- ability to read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs and communicate with officials

- ability to lift 50 lbs and maneuver heavier packages with assistance
- good human relations and verbal communication skills
- neat appearance for customer contact
- meet Federal Motor Carrier safety regulation qualifications
- able to work in a state of constant alertness and safely
- ability to read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs and communicate with traffic officials
Job Duties
- Drive and operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up packages
- check shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service
- provide courteous and efficient customer service during deliveries and pick-ups
- lift and maneuver packages of various weights using appropriate equipment or assistance
- comply with all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and maintain vehicle safety standards
- complete required medical exams and maintain fitness for the role
- perform other duties as assigned
