Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must possess a valid driver’s license for the assigned vehicle
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to use equipment or assistance to maneuver packages above 50 lbs
- Must meet FMCSA section 391 qualifications
- Medical exam required under FMCSA or FAA regulations
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently for traffic and safety communication
- Must maintain neat appearance
- Must work scheduled hours Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license for assigned vehicle type
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver heavier packages with assistance or equipment
- Good human relations and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs and communicate with officials
- Must meet FMCSA section 391 qualifications
- Ability to work safely and in a constant state of alertness
- Must be at least 21 years old
Job Duties
- Operate company vehicles in a safe and courteous manner
- Deliver and pick-up packages efficiently
- Check shipments for conformity to FedEx service features
- Provide related customer service functions
- Follow Federal Motor Carrier safety regulations
- Maintain neat appearance and professionalism
- Perform other duties as assigned
