Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- possess valid I-9 documentation
- able to lift up to 20 pounds
- have access to a smartphone with app capability and a functional camera
- have access to a vehicle with active auto insurance
- availability to work at least one shift per week
- high proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous courier or delivery experience preferred but not required
- strong communication skills in English
- ability to use smartphone apps for navigation and delivery tracking
- reliable and punctual
- proficient in record-keeping and time management
- good customer service skills
Job Duties
- arrive on time at Capsule pharmacy for shifts
- pick up assigned deliveries promptly as directed by team members
- deliver medication to customers on time following mapped routes on smartphone
- keep accurate records of worked hours including clocking in and out via phone
- communicate effectively with dispatch team and customers as needed
- ensure safe handling and delivery of medication packages
- maintain professionalism and customer service standards throughout deliveries
