Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
- must have valid I-9 documentation
- must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
- must have access to a smartphone with app capability and a functioning camera for scanning
- must have access to a vehicle with active auto insurance that is not provided by Capsule
- must be available to work at least one shift per week
- must read, speak, and write with high proficiency in English
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in delivery or courier services preferred
- proficiency with smartphone technology and apps
- strong communication skills in English
- ability to navigate efficiently using mapped routes
- customer service experience is a plus
- reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- Arrive on time to Capsule pharmacy
- pick up assigned deliveries on time as assigned by Capsule teammates
- deliver medications on time to Capsule customers using mapped delivery routes on phone
- keep accurate records of worked hours including clocking in at pharmacy and clocking out at last delivery location
- communicate effectively with dispatch team and customers
- handle packages up to 20 pounds with care
- follow all company policies and safety procedures
