Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
- must have valid I-9 documentation
- must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
- must have access to a smartphone with app capability and functioning camera
- must have access to a vehicle with active auto insurance
- must have availability to work at least one shift per week
- must be able to read, speak, and write English with high proficiency
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous delivery or courier experience is a plus but not required
- ability to use smartphone navigation and applications proficiently
- strong communication skills in English
- ability to manage time effectively
- customer service experience is beneficial
Job Duties
- arrive on time to Capsule pharmacy
- pick up assigned deliveries on time as assigned by a Capsule teammate
- deliver medications to Capsule customers on time using smartphone mapped delivery routes
- accurately record worked hours including clocking in and out via phone
- maintain communication with dispatch team and customers as needed
- ensure safe handling and transport of medications
- adhere to all company policies and procedures during deliveries
