Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must have valid I-9 documentation
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
- Must have access to a smartphone with app capability and functioning camera for scanning
- Must have access to a vehicle with active auto insurance, both not provided by Capsule
- Must have availability to work at least one shift per week
- Must be able to read, speak, and write with high proficiency in English
Job Qualifications
- High proficiency in English including reading, speaking, and writing
- Ability to use a smartphone with app capabilities and functioning camera
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
- Valid auto insurance
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Arrive on time to Capsule pharmacy
- Pick up assigned deliveries on time as managed by Capsule teammates
- Deliver medication to customers on time following phone-mapped routes
- Accurately record worked hours including clocking in and out via phone
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and customers
- Maintain timely and reliable delivery service
- Ensure safe handling and delivery of medications
