Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must have valid I-9 documentation
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Access to a smartphone with app capability and functioning camera for scanning
- Access to a vehicle with active auto insurance
- Availability to work at least one shift per week
- Must be able to read, speak, and write English with high proficiency
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to use smartphone apps for navigation and communication
- Strong punctuality and reliability
- Previous delivery or courier experience is a plus
- Familiarity with basic record-keeping and time-tracking practices
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Arrive on time at Capsule pharmacy for shifts
- Pick up assigned deliveries from the pharmacy accurately and promptly
- Deliver medications to customers on time following mapped routes via smartphone
- Use phone app for accurate tracking and scanning of medications
- Maintain precise records of hours worked including clocking in and out at designated locations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and customers
- Ensure safe handling and delivery of packages up to 20 pounds
