Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
- must have valid I-9 documentation
- must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
- must have access to a smartphone with app capability and functioning camera
- must have access to a vehicle with active auto insurance, not provided by Capsule
- must be available to work at least one shift per week
- must be able to read, speak, and write English with high proficiency
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- strong communication skills in English
- ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
- basic proficiency with smartphone apps and navigation tools
- reliable and punctual work ethic
- customer service experience preferred
- ability to maintain accurate records
Job Duties
- Arrive on time at Capsule pharmacy
- pick up assigned deliveries on time as directed by a Capsule teammate
- deliver medications to customers on time using phone-mapped routes
- accurately record worked hours including clocking in and out appropriately
- maintain communication with dispatch and customers as needed
- safely handle and lift packages up to 20 pounds
- ensure customer satisfaction during delivery
