Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- ability to pass DOT physical or provide valid DOT medical card
- previous driving or courier experience preferred
- reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- ability to safely operate company vehicles
- availability for part-time shifts including weekends
- commitment to follow HIPAA, OSHA, and DOT regulations
Job Qualifications
- Previous driving, delivery, or courier experience preferred
- healthcare or logistics experience a plus
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- strong time management skills
- trustworthy and courteous with a patient-first mindset
- ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- comfortable with DOT physical or possessing a current valid DOT medical card
Job Duties
- Safely transport medical specimens, supplies, and equipment between clinics, labs, and distribution hubs
- scan and document specimens at pickup and drop-off to ensure accurate tracking and timely delivery
- maintain cleanliness and professionalism in company vehicles, representing ConvenientMD with integrity
- provide friendly, professional interactions with clinic staff and team members
- follow HIPAA, OSHA, and DOT regulations to ensure secure and compliant specimen handling
- adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- report vehicle concerns, incidents, or delays promptly to supervisors
- communicate regularly with the Courier Manager and logistics team to adjust routes as needed
- support coverage for additional routes or shifts when required
- contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture built on accountability and trust
