Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Able to start shifts between 10am and 11am and work until midnight or later
  • Must comply with all alcohol service regulations
  • Must have legal age to serve alcohol
  • Capable of standing for extended periods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all guests

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes
  • Engage with guests to deliver personalized and friendly service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Monitor guests for responsible alcohol consumption
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately
  • Collaborate with front-of-house and culinary teams to enhance guest experiences
  • Stay current with new drink trends and seasonal cocktail menu updates
