Job Requirements
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Able to start shifts between 10am and 11am and work until midnight or later
- Must comply with all alcohol service regulations
- Must have legal age to serve alcohol
- Capable of standing for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all guests

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes
- Engage with guests to deliver personalized and friendly service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor guests for responsible alcohol consumption
- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately
- Collaborate with front-of-house and culinary teams to enhance guest experiences
- Stay current with new drink trends and seasonal cocktail menu updates
