Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or relevant hospitality experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Capacity to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Must be personable, engaging, and professional in appearance
- Availability to work full-time
- Must be of legal drinking age
Job Qualifications
- Experience in upscale dining preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with point of sale systems
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work well in a team
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation
Job Duties
- Providing descriptions of menu items and beverages
- Delivering food to members and guests in a timely manner
- Informing guests of additional options available to them through up-selling
- Ensuring members and guests are of age before serving alcohol
- Preparing checks and accepting payments
- Maintaining cleanliness of event spaces and service areas
- Assist in setting up event space with heavy lifting of 0-50lbs
- Providing information about the club when needed
- Helping with other tasks as needed
- Since we value teamwork, additional tasks may be assigned as needed
