Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years and older
- Proven beverage or bartending experience
- Positive and friendly disposition
- RAMP certification preferred but not required upon being hired
- Familiar with up-to-date food and beverage trends and best practices
- Member and guest-oriented and service-minded
- Expected to wear the assigned MGCC uniform

Job Duties
- Provide excellent levels of service to all members and guests
- Assist the beverage manager with the design of exceptional beverage menus
- Identify and learn member needs and respond proactively to their requests
- Provide two-way communication with all MGCC team members and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis on motivation and teamwork
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Maintain a positive disposition with members, guests, and fellow team members
- Assist the beverage manager in oversight of all beverage equipment including the keg room, draft beer system, soda systems, beer room, and CO2 tanks ensuring they are properly maintained
- Assist the beverage manager with monthly beverage inventories on all beverage outlets at the club
- Assist the beverage manager in maintaining and keeping a current wine program that is organized including POS system updates, wine lists, and weekly beverage specials
